7 of Melanie Sykes’ amazing abs-flashing pictures as she strips to her bikini on social media
The sexy 47-year-old isn't shy in posing for sexy selfies to show off her sensational body
BODDINGTONS babe Mel Sykes is proving the ultimate gym bunny – and isn’t afraid to share her sweaty workout selfies in the process.
The telly favourite and mum-of-two juggles life on-screen with hardcore fitness sessions to hone her seriously impressive abs, leaving fans hailing her toned figure and rock hard core “unreal”.
Proving her body confidence is sky high, last month the brunette stripped completely starkers for a nude photoshoot in Women’s Health to celebrate turning 47.
She fills her social media pages with seriously sexy bikini images – proving her intense training on the gym floor has paid off.
Meanwhile, Radio 2 host Mel gives her loyal fans a glimpse into just how to get her killer body as she uploads shots showing her practising everything from squats to yoga, before stretching it out in barre class.
Not forgetting the mantra ‘abs are made in the kitchen’, she litters her social media with examples of her lean, green lunches and protein packed snacks.
Yet bubbly northern lass Mel exclusively confessed to The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine her saucy body-confident snaps and bold attitude had attracted some unwanted attention from males.
She bluntly said: “I call it out. All the time.
“I have to because people are just so f**king weird, especially blokes.
“It’s only men isn’t it? Women don’t do it!”
She added: “You can’t stop people looking. I mean, I ogle beautiful men all the time. If I see a gorgeous guy I’m having a f**king look, sorry! That’s human
nature. I’m talking about etiquette and language and I’ve no fear about saying it.”
It’s clear the ex Des and Mel presenter and new Blind Date vopcieover is brimming with self-confidence after her fitness-focussed lifestyle.
She told Daily Star’s TV Life Magazine she is at her “peak” and added: “I feel like I’m at my absolute peak in terms of fitness and energy, because exercise generates energy.
“You feel like you can conquer the world, and I want to. ”
