LISA Riley has been hailed an inspiration about sharing her incredible weight loss journey with fans – and making a rather personal admission about her vagina.
Viewers watched this evening as the former Emmerdale star made the decision to have her excess skin removed on camera for her documentary Lisa Riley's Baggy Body Club.
The emotional documentary saw the 41-year-old struggle with the way she looked despite losing a whopping 12 stone in weight – because she had excess baggy skin.
But by the end of it Lisa was proudly posing in her underwear – without an inch of excess skin in sight.
She revealed: "I feel like a balloon that’s had all its helium taken out.
"Everything's closer. Just been able to go to the toilet, to wipe my nunny. Well my nunny is here now.
"I had to really reach round all the fat and reach down under, but it's there."
And delighted with her new look she later whipped off her dressing gown to reveal her new body to her very impressed friend.
It was a different story earlier in the episode when she was seen getting very emotional about her excess skin, revealing she felt like she has been left trapped inside a flapping skin suit.
Looking at herself in despair, she said: "How on earth am I supposed to be happy about being left with this?
"It's visually disgusting and I don't want it any more."
She also showed viewers how her arm wobbled like jelly - as it was holding twice as much skin as it needed.
Despite transforming herself and rescuing herself from certain death, Lisa says having so much skin "dragging about" afterwards actually made her wonder if she should have made the change.

She said: "When I made the decision to lose weight, I never for one second imagined that I would end up looking like that. It never occurred to me that the loose skin would be so bad.
"I thought why on earth have I lost all this weight? I looked worse than I did when I was obese.
"And it was the pain as well. The skin was flapping about and dragging."
She added: "I felt like I had done so well losing the weight but I had ended up with the booby prize.
"I was revolted by my own image, it was rancid."
Those watching the show were very impressed with Lisa’s attitude and too to Twitter to praise her.
One person commented: “Have always admired you @Reallisariley but tonight I fell in love with you what a lovely woman you are inside and out #LisaRiley.”
