Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid admits she’s had secret boyfriends since splitting from partner Dominic Cotton but admits she no longer has time to look for love
SUSANNA Reid has had secret boyfriends since her split from long term partner Dominic Cotton.
The Good Morning Britain presenter has always maintained she is happy being single and has no time for romance since breaking up with the father of her three children in February 2014.
But speaking to the ahead of her return to the ITV show after a summer break, Susanna admits she has been dating on and off since becoming single again.
She said: "I haven’t been single the entire time – and occasionally there are times when I’m not single – but dating is very distracting.
"I haven’t got time for it."
The 46-year-old insists she is currently single and finds it "easier" that way.
She added: "I’ve got a really busy life. I’m up at a crazy time of the morning.
"My work is really intense, very enjoyable and very absorbing. I have three boys who need my full attention."
But that doesn't mean she wouldn't be open to finding Mr. Right eventually, as she said: "I’m not ruling it out. No, goodness me. Of course I’m not."
Despite their split, Susanna and Dom still live in the same family home with their children, despite the fact her ex has now got a new girlfriend.

Speaking of their unusual set up, she said: "You know what? We’re now three years on. Dom and I have a really good friendship and we’re both happy, separately."
As for the other man in her life, co-star Piers Morgan, Susanna admits she found it hard to adjust to his outspoken presenting style when he first joined the show on a permanent basis in 2015.
But now she knows exactly how to handle the 52-year-old, explaining: "Not getting too emotional. You can’t take it personally, even though you’re right up next to him and he’s having a go or taking the mickey out of you.
"I watch him doing it to other people and I see the look on their faces that used to come over me. They’re thinking, “Why hasn’t he stopped talking?
When am I going to get my point across? How come he’s doing this? I’m really cross!” And I think, “Chill your boots”.
‘I’ve worked out that he probably speaks for 85 per cent of the time, so with your 15 per cent you have to be really targeted and make it work.
"It’s about adapting to your circumstances and using your moment – showing your power in different ways."
