Nicole Scherzinger slams Louis Walsh and calls him a ‘liar’ after he tells everyone SHE’S lying about her age and she’s not 39
NICOLE Scherzinger has branded Louis Walsh a "liar" after he accused her of covering up her real age.
The former Pussycat Doll took a swipe at her X Factor co-star after he recently claimed she is not really 39.
The Irishman stirred things up ahead of the launch of the 2017 series on Saturday and by claiming the stunning singer has been fibbing about her birthday.
Louis suggested Nicole is much older than 39, but the singer has now hit back and insisted she is not lying about her age.
She said: "I wish I was lying about my age, I have never lied about my age.
"I should have started lying a long time ago."
She added a jab a Louis, saying: "I’m just really grateful that Louis is still with us, really grateful."
Louis then defended himself by insisting that he was just being playful when he ribbed Nicole about her age.
He added: "I was joking."
Louis, 65, recently cast doubt on her age in an interview with heat! Magazine, saying: "She's hilarious, talented and gorgeous.
"She ticks every box.

"She may be out really late the night before filming but she's still on it."
Then taking his playful swipe, he added: "It's great that she can still do all of it at her age.
"Nobody knows what age she is, but she's older than she says she is."
In 2008, Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole publicly admitted fibbing about her actual age and revealed she was turning 30 - when the band's website listed her as 28.
Back then, she cheekily quipped: "I should've said I was 27!"
Yet she then came clean and said she was born in Hawaii, in June 1978, which would make her 39.
The X Factor will return to screens with a re-vamped series on ITV on Saturday.
This weekend, we reported how Don't Cha singer Nicole was again the centre of attention when Simon Cowell suggested millionaire playboy contestant Danny Lambo should take her on a date.
Meanwhile the judges showed off their fun sides in a behind the scenes video from a shoot for the new series.
The clip sees the whole dream team – Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Dermot O’Leary - back together ahead of the 14th series.
