IT may be a show famous for its break up 'curse' but Strictly Come Dancing has also proved to be something of a blessing for many celebs over the past 13 years of the hit BBC1 show.
A slew of stars have danced the pounds away and toned up with impressive results after weeks of gruelling rehearsals and performances. We take a look at Strictly's most sensational body transformations.
The demands of Strictly helped Lisa Riley shed a whopping two stone and four inches round her waist.
Signing up to the show kick started Lisa's staggering weight loss and she embarked on a regular exercise regime and healthy diet plan.
But she and dance partner Robin Windsor narrowly missed making the 2012 final.
Lisa ended up shedding a staggering ten stone and going from an obese size 30 to a healthy size 14.
Susanna Reid claimed Strictly had left her at her fittest in a decade after losing nearly a stone in weight on the 2013 show
Her intense training regime with partner Kevin Clifton toned up her thighs, tummy and arms.
She said:"Parts of me that were fleshy seem to be disappearing.
"Other parts remain fleshy, and it’s a shame I don’t have choice which bits go and which bits stay."
Ore Oduba didn't put a foot wrong during his time on Strictly last year.
Along with scooping the Glitterball trophy, he showed fans his impressively toned torso in a sizzling selfie after shedding a stone in weight.
He captioned the muscley snap: "Xmas shopping #keepdancing #loseastone #bringontheturkey."
Nancy Dell'Olio complained that taking part on Strictly made her lose her famous curves due to the intense training and fitness regime with partner Anton Du Beke.
Eliminated from the show in October 2011, the one-time girlfriend of ex-England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson was upset she could fit into her eight-year-old niece's clothes when the show finished.
She moaned: "I've hardly been getting any wolf whistles when I walk past building sites and even taxi drivers aren't staring at me in the rear view mirror."
Infamous for his energetic routines on last year's Strictly and THAT vigorous salsa to Gangnam Style, Ed Balls managed to lose a stone in just six weeks.
Ed said: "It's one of the main reasons [I wanted to do Strictly] other than having a good time."
The surprise hit of last year's show, the ex-Labour MP was thrilled with his new svelte shape.
He said: "I am toning up and changing shape, It's like running a marathon every day."
Impressionist Rory Bremner easily shed a stone in weight "that I won't miss" on the 2011 series.
The telly star also managed to lose two inches around his waist during the show which saw him paired with pro Erin Boag.
Rory ended up losing out to Nancy Dell'Olio in the dance off, with the Italian TV personality also emerging slimmer and trimmer.
Ann Widdecombe was dubbed "the shrinking woman" by her Strictly counterparts back in 2010.
And although the ex-Tory MP claimed the scales hadn't shifted, insiders said she'd impressively toned up during the show.
Pro dancer Erin Boag said of the politician: "The scales may not show she has lost weight as when you train fat turns to muscle which weighs more, but she has definitely lost inches."
