Daisy Lowe gushes over BFF Louise Redknapp and Strictly pals on Instagram as she posts throwback pics to last year’s show

DAISY Lowe has opened up about her 'intense' and 'emotional' experience with Louise Redknapp and her Strictly friends from last year.

The 28-year-old model took to Instagram to highlight the love she feels for her dancing pals.

Reminiscing fondly about her time on the BBC show getting to know the other celebrities, she shared photos of her experience.

The brunette beauty wrote: "And so it was a year ago today I met you lot... it has been my greatest pleasure getting to know you, learning from you, laughing with you and holding your hand through the most intense, emotional experience of my life.

"Thanks for being my family."

The brunette has come into the spotlight recently for her close relationship with friend Louise Redknapp, who has 'split' from husband Jamie.

And the lingerie model has been receiving 'blame' for part of their split.

She's said to have gotten closer to singer Louise and helped her through her marriage breakdown.

Daisy shared a strong message of female empowerment recently on social media, perhaps defending her friendship with Louise.

The model is thought to have written online recently: 'The best kind of friendships are fierce lady friendships where you aggressively believe in each other, defend each other and think the other deserves the world."

She later retweeted a message which read: "Surround yourself by good people, and watch the good come out in you."

Strictly professional Karen Clifton told The Sun: "On the show, Louise grew in confidence and you could see her wings expanding.

"Now she’s giving herself a little bit more attention and she’s taking care of herself, which is lovely. She’s re-inventing herself.

"She’s a gorgeous woman and he’s [Jamie] a lovely man, and I just feel really bad that they’ve separated."
