Fans are convinced Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood knew each other before Love Island as they spot huge clue on Instagram
FANS are convinced Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood knew each other before Love Island after they spotted a huge clue on Instagram.
Snaps posted online appear to show Chris and Olivia have a mutual friend who they were both hanging out with before meeting on the show.
The couple recently posed for a snap with one of Chris‘ longtime friends, footballer George Ray, and it has emerged Olivia had previously been seen in pictures with her boyfriend’s mate.
He captioned the snap, which also featured his pal George Cooper: “So good to catch up with my life-longs, been way too long!
“Miss you both! #powerfulpeople @georgeray5 @georgycoops 🔥.”
But fans are convinced the friends go way back as a picture taken in January, 2016 seems to show Olivia and George Ray posing for a snap together with a female friend on a night out in Manchester.
George also shared a sexy shot of Olivia posing on a beach in a pink bikini in December 2015.
One fan commented on the post: “So did @chrishughesofficial already know @oliviajade_attwood before love island? X”
Another added: “#busted @chrishughesofficial … ”
A third shared one of the older pictures on Twitter alongside with a new snap of Chris and Olivia with George.
They wrote: “Probably old news but apparently chris and olivia knew each other before love island????
“Chris’ friend with olivia back in 2016 lolllll.”
The couple got together during the steamy summer show, and they remain firm fan favourites despite losing out on the £50,000 prize money to Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies.
They have looked more loved-up than ever since leaving the villa despite having an epic bust-up at a night club in Birmingham recently.
Olivia was reportedly dragged out by security guards following a furious argument with her man at the city’s PRYZM venue.
A source told The Sun: “Olivia was absolutely furious about something and stormed off to the toilets.
“Chris ran to follow her to try and calm her down but nothing was working.
“There was a bit of a tussle on the balcony between Olivia and another of their group before door staff stepped in to hold her back and she then was told to leave.”
A spokewoman for Olivia last night insisted: “Olivia left of her own accord.”
The drama cames just weeks after Olivia was seen getting close to her ex-boyfriend, Blackburn Rovers player Bradley Dack at an Essex nightclub.
