Nikki Grahame calls Sarah Harding and Chad Johnson the new Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis – claiming they’re ‘genuine-ish’
NIKKI Grahame thinks Sarah Harding and Chad Johnson are the new Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell.
The Big Brother legend knows first hand what it is like to fall for someone while in the house, having struck up a relationship with Pete Bennett during her original stint on the show in 2006.
Speaking to , Nikki discussed the Celebrity Big Brother couple, saying: "It seems genuine-ish but I think they are the perfect couple to replace Steph Davis and Jeremy McConnell.
"I think Steph and Jeremy have kind of died a death now, we've put up with them for a couple of years so they're the perfect candidates."
Viewers have witnessed the Girls Aloud star succumb to the hunky American's charms, despite having a boyfriend when she went into the house.
Similarly, former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie was in a relationship with Sam Reece when she fell for Irish model Jeremy on Celebrity Big Brother in January last year.
However, Sarah and Chad will no doubt be hoping that's where the similarities end as their predecessors have had an infamously troubled on-off relationship ever since.
Meanwhile Nikki spoke about what it's like to grow close to someone in the house, having fallen for eventual Big Brother 7 winner, Pete Bennett.
She said: "My relationship with Pete didn't really develop until the last few days.
"I grew feelings for him and kept it to myself the entire series.

"It was only when I came out and we were separated that he missed me and was pining for me and was so down and I just knew then that I was in love with him."
As for Sarah and Chad, their romance appears to be going from strength to strength, with viewers even debating whether the lovebirds have had sex.
The couple made up in bed after yet another row and were heard moaning together in a scene aired at the end of tonight's show.

Getting a bit hot and bothered Chad said: "it's too much," but Sarah insisted: "It's not, I want it."
Fans immediately speculated that the couple had done the deed: "Did Sarah and Chad actually just have sex on TV ewww," one wrote.
