Zoe has previously given advice on how to achieve a fit and healthy body, telling : "If you’re trying to achieve fat loss, what you eat is the single most important factor. Exercise alone will not do it.
"The good news is that you don’t have to cut your food intake drastically, just be more selective and eat more healthily. If you have at least five portions of fruit and veg a day, some lean protein, healthy fats and whole-grain carbs, you’re likely to be too full to want junk food or empty calories.”
