Nicola Roberts takes a dig at Sarah Harding after she ‘slut shames’ Fifth Harmony

NICOLA Roberts has made a subtle dig at former Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding after she "slut-shamed" US girl group Fifth Harmony.
The singer posted a picture of a baseball cap with the slogan "Women in music are dangerously underestimated," alongside the caption: "And that's why we have to support each other."
Many fans took the caption to be a subtle dig at Sarah who branded girl group Fifth Harmony "the slutty ones" on a recent episode of Celebrity Big Brother.
One follower wrote: "Yes, women empowerment. No slut shaming here."
Another fan commented: "Yes Nicola, tell them..."
A third commented: "I wonder if this aimed at your former bandmate?"
Nicola's post came after Sarah made comments about Fifth Harmony saying: “ Yeah, they all wear next to nothing - all the girl bands do these days. slutty, slutty, slutty. Sex sells, sex sells..."
Claiming it was different for her former band Girls Aloud, she continued: "Obviously, when we were touring we didn't wear much because it was so hot, but it's when they do the videos it's all, like, slut drops and twerking."
Her comments sparked a backlash among fans of Fifth Harmony - a US girl group made up of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui.
One Twitter user commented: "Sarah Harding slut shamed Fifth Harmony. Don't know who she is? It's okay. No one else does either."
Another shared a collection of racy pictures of Sarah in her Girls Aloud prime along with the hashtag, #SarahHardingIsOverParty.
It was earlier reported that Nicola and Sarah have lost contact since their Girls Aloud prime.
Sarah told her Celebrity Big Brother housemates that she still speaks to all but one of her former bandmates.
Her best pal Michelle Vince confirmed to New! Magazine that she was referring to Nicola.
Michelle revealed: "She didn't mean anything by that, but she wasn't as close to Nicola as she was to the other girls. There's been no fall-out."
