Love Island’s Chris Hughes posts gushing Instagram to girlfriend Olivia Attwood just a week after she was pictured with her ex
CHRIS Hughes has posted a gushing tribute to his "freckled princess" Olivia Attwood - just a week after she was pictured cosying up to her ex.
The Love Island couple have had a rocky week after Olivia was snapped getting close to her former beau, Bradley Dack outside an Essex nightclub.
Chris told pals in the aftermath that they had split, before the pair put on a united front in London and Olivia thanked Chris for putting up with her.
Today, the 23-year-old star continued to reassure fans all was well again between them as he shared a snap of them kissing and hugging on Love Island.
He captioned it: "My freckled princess, and my reason to smile each day life couldn't be better right now.
"Be patient with life, things will always work out."
His post is in stark contrast to the start of the week, when a pal told The Sun Online Chris was "furious and heartbroken" with his 26-year-old girlfriend.
The pal revealed Chris has told his close friends "it's all over".
The insider said: "Chris has told his close friends it's all over. He's furious and heartbroken to see her all over someone else.
“It’s clear that they are more than just mates, so he’s dumped her.”

For her part, Olivia took to social media on Tuesday to praise her boyfriend, calling him a "hero".
She wrote on Twitter: "Make no mistake. I know what I have. Chris is everything people think he is and so much more.
"He puts up with this wild child like a hero x."
However Chris did share a telling post later in the week which revealed they were still having some issues after her reunion with footballer Bradley.
Sharing a quote titled, Life, it ready: "You can't just give up on someone because the situation's not ideal.
"Great relationships aren't great because they have no problems. They're great because both people care enough about the other person to find a way to make it work."
