Celebrity Big Brother housemates stunned to hear Trisha Paytas has quit the show – before demanding Karthik Nagesan’s return

CELEBRITY Big Brother housemates demanded Karthik Nagesan's return after discovering Trisha Paytas had quit the show.

The YouTube star walked out of the Celebrity Big Brother house last night, just moments after Karthik became the second housemate to be evicted.

In an exclusive clip, Big Brother gathered the remaining celebrities on the sofas to tell them the news, which was met by cries of "nooooo" and "what?!"

The voice said: "This is Big Brother, housemates... Trisha has left the Big Brother house and will not be returning."

Derek Acorah covered his face with his hands as he heard the news, while Sam Thompson looked shocked, adding: "She actually went through with it!"

Shaun Williamson could be heard saying "It's grim mate".

As the camera panned around their faces to see the mixture of reactions, Chad Johnson could be seen with his face in his hands as his audio was bleeped as he repeatedly swore.

Brandi Glanville looked crestfallen before Sam suggested: "Well lets get Karthik back."

Sarah Harding agreed, saying: "Can K come back?"

Shaun also supported the idea, adding: "Someone who appreciates it."

Sarah replied: "Yeah Karthik wanted to stay."

However a Big Brother spokesperson confirmed to The Sun Online that Karthik would not be returning to the house.

Viewers first discovered Trisha, 29, had left the house during Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side.

Host Rylan Clark-Neal broke the news, saying: Trisha has decided to leave the Big Brother House. Make sure you tune in to tomorrow’s night show for all of the fall out and the reasons why.

"So all is left for me to do… she came here to turn us on but now it’s time for me to turn her off."

A statement from Big Brother read: "After 11 days in the Celebrity Big Brother Summer 2017 house, Trisha has decided to leave of her own accord and will not be returning.

"To see all of the action following tonight's eviction and the events leading up to Trisha's exit, tune into tomorrow night's show at 9pm on 5Star and 10:30pm on Channel 5."
