Celebrity Big Brother hit with fresh bullying row as Ofcom receives 38 complaints over housemates treatment of Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding
CELEBRITY Big Brother has been hit with a fresh row over bullying after a shocking 38 complaints made to Ofcom about the treatment of Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding.
In distressing scenes last night, a furious row broke out between her and Paul Danan, who had to be restrained, when he found out she had said he was on pills.
And fans of the show were upset when Ex On The Beach star Jemma Lucy, 29, also got in on the act.
She and ex Hollyoaks actor Paul, 38, were labelled bullies by viewers who took to watchdog Ofcom to vent their fury.
Emma Finlay said: “It's so difficult to watch Jemma and Paul bully Sarah but what makes it even more frustrating is everyone in house is oblivious to it.”
Jacqueline Crumlish ranted: “Am I watching a different show than everyone else? What has Sarah done that’s so bad? nothing. Paul the drama king and bully Jemma.”
Twitter user BeyonceinLondon said: “Get Paul out please. How dare he talk to Sarah like that. Bully.”
And Jaki Jelley said: “Just caught up on CBB. Jemma's smarmy face when Paul was shouting at Sarah? Says it all. Nasty, nasty bully.”
It all kicked off on CBB when former drug addict Paul admitted he was having a tough time drinking no alcohol.
Brandi Glanville, 44, told him: “Well Sarah said you were taking a pill.”
He stormed off to the singer, 35, where she was in the smoking area with Jemma and psychic Derek Acorah.

Paul ranted: “What are you saying? Don’t ever say that s***.
“Don’t ever insinuate a pill that I’ve taken.
“How f*****g dare you sink that low? What’s your f*****g problem?
“You’re f*****g out of order. Don’t you f*****g do that. You’re out of order.
“I’m the one that’s clean and sober.
“She’s a f*****g d***. D***.”
Sarah was visibly shocked and in upset and went on mutter “he’s f****d up” which sparked Jemma jumping to Paul’s defence by saying “don’t say that about him”.
Jemma added: “You speak to people like that.”
Sarah later said: “Have you had a drink? Why are you coming at me when you’re the one who brings it up in the first place.”
Paul later apologised for his actions but Sarah did not seem to accept it.
Ofcom spokesperson: “We will assess these complaints before deciding whether or not to investigate”.
A Big Brother spokeswoman said: "Big Brother constantly monitors housemates and their behaviour."
