Love Island hunk Alex Beattie signs six-figure modelling deal following split from Montana Brown
ALEX Beattie has signed a six figure deal with online fashion brand Boohoo – days after his split from Montana Brown.
The Love Island hunk, 22, aims to focus on his modelling career following the couple’s breakup and is currently eyeing up more opportunities.
A source said: “Alex is thrilled to sign with Boohoo men – he’s always wanted to model and this opportunity couldn’t have come at a better time.”
Montana and Alex secretly ended their romance just days after the hit series ended.
The couple, fifth in this year’s series, have barely seen each other since landing back in the UK, but put on a “united front” at Sunday’s ITV2 reunion show.
A source said: “Montana is keen to follow her dreams as a TV presenter and has been attending meetings this week.
“She doesn’t like partying so personal appearances in nightclubs aren’t really her thing.
“Montana is ambitious and very much a career woman – her relationship with Alex is going to take a back seat.”
Montana, 21, said on TV’s This Morning that she does not love Alex despite him declaring his affections for her.
During the awkward interview, she said: "I don’t love Alex yet – no.
"I am really true to myself in the sense that I don’t want to say it when I don’t mean it which means in my eyes when I do say it – it will mean a hell of a lot more."
Alex responded by saying: “Obviously her feelings for me are genuine but love is a massive thing.
“If it takes her a bit more time than me then that is fine with me. I am an easy going, chilled guy.”
