LOVE Island host Caroline Flack made a fashion blunder as she accidentally exposed the tape holding her dress up on TV last night.

The TV presenter's dress came unstuck and fell down during the reunion show.

Caroline, 37, gathered the islanders back together for a catch-up episode.

But it was the host's plunging black dress that became a major talking point as the strapless gown wriggled down and exposed the tape that was keeping her boobs in place.

Fans flocked to Twitter to point out the fashion blunder.

One wrote: "Someone's gotta tell Caroline Flack her tit tape is hanging out..... awkies #LoveIslandReunion."

The islanders were thrilled to be back together last night - and as soon as the cameras stopped rolling on the Love Island reunion, the stars of the show went wild.

Olivia Attwood was filmed dry humping a lilo on the floor, while Chyna Ellis smooched her female co-stars after being dumped live on air by Jonny Mitchell.
