Big Brother winner Isabel Warburton reveals she is donating part of her prize money to a mental health charity
She won £65,000 on last night's final
BIG Brother winner Isabelle Warburton has revealed she is donating some of her prize money to a mental health charity.
The reality star - who won £65,000 in last night's final of the Channel 5 reality show - opened up about her struggle with mental health as she revealed her plans for the prize money.
Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: "I just think that mental health is really neglected because people don’t see it - so like, a broken leg is given more attention than like something that’s within your head.
"And until you’ve suffered from anxiety or anything along those lines you don’t know how people are feeling and it’s so important to raise awareness.
"People ignore it if you can’t see it.
"I mean briefly. I think in the house yeah, you do get sort of general anxiety and things like that.
"And in this day and age and stuff with social media and everything it’s quite natural to get that image conscious, and get a bit down in the dumps but I’ve never labelled [it].
"I mean I’d never say I’ve struggled with anything severe but I do know people that have and I just think it’s important."
The 21-year-old was left shocked when it was announced she had won the latest series of the Channel 5 reality show.
Reflecting on her time in the house, Isabelle said she did her best to stay calm in the many arguments which ensued.

She said: “You don’t get anywhere in there, I mean I did cry, but I just think it’s better to stay chilled and ride it out as you’re not going anywhere.”
Isabelle also revealed what she had learned about herself while on the show, adding: “I think in just the way of stay being you, I’m obsessed with my tan and my looks and it doesn’t mean anything, I want to have fun with no makeup or whatever.”
The winner teared up as she spoke, but managed to laugh when Emma asked if it meant she was ditching the fake tan for good.
