Love Island’s Marcel Somerville has ‘withdrawal symptoms’ after spending first night away from girlfriend Gabby Allen
MARCEL Sommerville is having "withdrawal symptoms" after spending his first night away from girlfriend Gabby Allen.
The Love Island stars jetted back from the villa on Tuesday and Marcel was separating from his other half to visit his family.
Sharing a cute selfie of them together, he wrote: "Not sharing a bed with this one tonight is gonna be weird!!! #withdrawlsymptoms but I'm lookin forward to seeing my house!!! #imcominhome #hometime".
Gabby also went home to Liverpool for the night but it won't be long before they're reunited as there will be a Love Island reunion on Sunday.
It's been an exciting few days for Marcel as he has already landed a book deal and has a jam packed schedule with club appearances and Blazin' Squad gigs.
The 31-year-old was the go-to guy for advice in the villa and now he's penning his own tome called Dr Marcel's Little Book of Big Love.
Announcing his literary deal on Twitter, the singer said: "News!! I'm excited to announce I am releasing my own book in August with Blink Publishing, 'Dr Marcel's Little Book of Big Love' #LoveIsland."
Naturally, his fans went wild over the news and couldn't believe the book will be out within weeks.
However, Marcel has proved so popular that he will miss several of Blazin' Squad's comeback gigs to cash in on a lucrative PA tour instead.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed he is heading off on a solo jaunt around the country, but some of his nightclub appearances clash with his shows with the group.
Marcel has booked a massive 53 personal appearances between now and September, and he will also be touring with the band.
But several of the dates clash with the group's shows so the tattooed hunk looks set to miss out on several of the gigs.
Blazin' Squad will perform in concert with B*witched and Big Brovaz at the O2 Ritz Manchester venue on August 6.
MORE FROM LOVE ISLAND
Marcel is booked to appear at a club in Ayr, Scotland that night, which is four hours drive away from Manchester.
He could still make a surprise appearance at the gig, but a source close to Marcel has confirmed to The Sun Online that the TV star will be in Scotland instead.
The source said: "The band don't want to rule Marcel out of the Manchester gig just yet, but he is booked to make a PA at Furys Nightclub in Ayr and he will be in Scotland that night.
"It's likely there will be an announcement to fans very soon from the band about the situation."
The other date in question is September 16 when he is due to appear at a show on the Isle Of Wight with the band.
The gig is billed as Isle Of Wight's Biggest Throwback Party: Blazin' Squad at the Strings venue in Newport.
He is also booked for another appearance at Furys Nightclub in Ayr that night.
