GEORGE Shelley has shared a touching video of his dog holding his paw to his hand as they stare at pictures of his late sister.

The former Union J singer was left heartbroken in May when his younger sister Harriet was hit by a car in Bristol on April 28 and spent a week in intensive care after suffering severe head injuries.

She later lost her fight for life, leaving George and his family in bits and two months on, the 24-year-old is still clearly coming to terms with his loss.

In the Snapchat video, George cuddles up to his cute dog, who is touching his paw to his hand as they lie together on the floor.

As the pooch licks around his hand, George gives a small smile and then shared a snap of the dog resting his head on his hand and staring off to the side.

He captioned it: "Holding my hand looking at this..."

He then shared another picture, which showed a table covered in pictures of Harriet alongside a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

George drew a white heart on the picture, before posting another picture of them holding paw and hand on the rug, with another heart at the top of the picture.

Earlier this month, the singer opened up to The Sun Online about Harriet's death admitted he hit rock bottom as he dealt with the tragedy just weeks after he was dumped from his Capital FM radio show.

George told us at the Warner GQ Summer Party: "This is the first time I've been out in a couple of months.

"I've had the s****est year of my life but I've just got to try and get on with things.

"The love and support has been overflowing and it helps... My lovely boyfriend has been great and supportive."
