Phillip asked Duncan, who already has six children from his previous two marriages, how he would feel about adding another two to his brood.
He replied: "It would be nine in total, Nigora already has a child so I count her as mine as well so it would be nine in total. I feel great.
"[I] absolutely can't wait, I think it'll be wonderful, she will make a wonderful mother."
Nigora was full of praise for her new husband too, adding: "He's an amazing father, I'm really proud of him and the way he is with my daughter.
"My daughter, Gabrielle, adores him. She couldn't have asked for a better stepfather, so I'm really happy and I'm sure he's going to be an amazing father to our future children."
The millionaire also revealed details of their lavish wedding, which took place in front of 140 guests.
He said: "The first day I wore a kilt, and Nigora wore traditional white dress, it was a beautiful, magical day. The ceremony was on the beach by the lake.
"Then we partied until two in the morning."
Nigora added: "On Sunday we did the traditional wedding, welcomed all the friends and family, did the presents and had amazing Uzbek food, traditional foods.
"We invited some Uzbek chefs from London, they came over as well as musicians... Uzbek food is similar to Middle Eastern food, lots of rice and meat, it's really delicious."
