Love Island’s Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow set to make a MILLION in TV deals
LOVE Island favourites Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt are set to earn millions from their time on the show, experts predict.
Model Jamie, 27, and bomb disposal expert Camilla, 27, will have TV deals, ads, endorsements and appearances galore to pick from, many involving six-figure pay packets.
Initially Camilla was heartbroken on the show when Jonny Mitchell ditched her for Tyla Carr, but she got the man of her dreams when Jamie arrived on the island.
And as the pair “look so comfortable together” and are a “genuine-looking” pair, it’s thought they may even team up for their own show, becoming TV’s newest “golden couple”.
Between them they’re on course to bag £30,000 for each endorsement and advert, plus £15,000 for appearances.
Celeb agent Barry Tomes told The Daily Star: “Camilla and Jamie are the most genuine looking couple.
“They look so comfortable together and they are the most natural. Now the Beckhams are on the wane Britain needs a new golden couple.
“Between them Camilla and Jamie can easily earn a million. If they win the £50,000 prize that will just be a deposit on a car.
“They can team up and do a spin-off show and that would be very lucrative. And they could do commercials.
“Advertising agents will already be cooking something up.”
Barry suggested Camilla has the strongest chance of enjoying a solo TV career, and could even bag her own Ross Kemp-style documentary series about war zones because of her expertise.
But he conceded that every couple on the current series is now able to profit hugely from their appearance on the most-watched show of the summer.
He explained: “They can make a lot of money on the nightclub circuit.
“The lucrative time is the autumn. They can all make £2,000 an appearance. But Camilla and Jamie could get £5,000.
“That’s where the fast money is.”
Camilla and Jamie overtook original favourites Marcel Somerville and Gabby Allen in the bookies’ odds around a fortnight ago but the odds may chance as the show races towards the final hurdle.
The show concludes on Tuesday night at 9pm on ITV.
