Rylan delighted his co-stars during the show today as he handed out some official merchandise.
Holly and Phil both got a T-shirt and a coveted water bottle, as seen on the saucy ITV2 series.
The T-shirt given to Holly was pink and emblazoned with the show's famous phrase: "I got a text", and Phil's was black with a cheeky reference to Marcel.
The former pop star made fans laugh by constantly reminding the other contestants that he was in a band.
So Phil got a shirt featuring his famous line: "I used to be in Blazin' Squad."
They gasped as they got their gifts out of paper and the stars both pulled on their T-shirts.
Holly loved her shirt so much, she wore it for the rest of the show.
She was still sporting her Love Island outfit when former contestant Olivia Buckland gave two viewers very special makeovers.
Two 60-year-old This Morning viewers were transformed to look just like the islanders.
Jane and Steve looked totally different after getting fake tans, waxes and hair extensions.
The couple were brought on This Morning today to undergo "Love Island makeovers" under the guidance of last year's contestant Olivia.
They were totally transformed after a team of hair and make-up artists went to work on them.
Jane, who turns 60 next month, was given a thorough bronzing with a St. Tropez spray tan, as well as all-over waxing and clip in hair extensions worth £400.
The price of her makeover came to £700 - a fraction more than was spend on husband Steve.
Steve, 60, also suffered more for the makeover as he had to undergo a lot painful waxing.
He said: "I was tortured, [they waxed my] chest and back."
But he admitted it was the eyebrow wax that hurt the most.
They both underwent a special kind of spray-tanning called "tan-touring" which was used to give Steve a fake six-pack.
The couple were finally give the chance to see the results, and Jane said: "Oooh I love it - can I go on the island now?"
She added that the treat came at a special time for them as they are both celebrating milestone birthdays.
Jane said: "This is special for us 'cos Steve was 60 in June and I'm 60 next month so we want to celebrate it."
