Mark Wright puts bust-up with ex Lauren Goodger behind him as he goes on a bike ride with new slimline James ‘Arg’ Argent
MARK Wright has put his bust-up with ex-girlfriend Lauren Goodger behind him by joining his slimline pal James Argent on a bike ride.
Lauren claims Mark had her booted out of Essex hotspot Sheesh to make way for him and his pal Olly Murs.
However, Mark, 31, put it all behind him and hit the road for some exercise with his pal Arg.
The boys worked up a sweat before stopping for a healthy smoothie.
Mark is an avid gym goer and Arg has shed over a stone since checking into a Thai rehab centre earlier this year.
Their day out comes after Lauren exploded at Mark in a series of tweets on Wednesday night claiming he had her kicked out of Sheesh.
She told her 1.35 million Twitter followers: “Can't believe I was rudely asked by V intimidating bouncer to leave restaurant because my ex Mark coming! Sheesh & Mark you should be ashamed.”
Since the couple's split, both have gone on to other other relationships - with Lauren currently loved up with her Joey Morrison and Mark marrying actress Michelle Keegan in 2015.
Accusing Mark of being behind the incident, scorned Lauren branded him a "bully" and later added: "Broke up YEARS ago. Your married I'm with Joey grow the f*** up. Absolutely pathetic & DISGUSTING behaviour. Not staying silent no more #bully (sic)".
It is currently unclear if Mark was aware of Lauren's removal from the restaurant.

Lauren later vented her frustration again and added: "Y AM I BEIN FORCED 2LEAVE SHEESH BY 2 BOUNCERS IN A THREATENIN WAY TELIN ME MARK WRIGHT IS COMIN AND BEST I LEAVE..
"R THEY 4 REAL LIKE I GIVE A S**T AND IM GNA DO SOMETHIN 2 SUM1 WHOS IRRELEVANT.. ITS BEEN 5 YRS YET IM BEIN MADE 2LEAVE COZ MARK IS COMING. SO PATHETIC."
Meanwhile, The Sun Online exclusively revealed that Lauren was kicked out for being "rude and confrontational".
A source who witnessed the confrontation told The Sun Online that the ejection had nothing to do with Mark but was because of Lauren's behaviour.
They revealed: "Lauren stole chairs from the tables of diners who were eating their dinner so that she could join some friends at their table.
"When she was told it was against restaurant policy she became angry and was rude and confrontational.
"Lauren was politely asked to leave as she didn't have a reservation and the whole place was full, but she refused. As things began to heat up, staff feared there might be another 'Danielle Armstrong' situation and it could really kick off.
"It didn't have anything to do with Mark. Lauren must have been so embarrassed she was kicked out in front of everyone that she tried to blame it on him."
Despite this, Lauren insists she was asked to leave because Mark was arriving.
As she left the restaurant in tears, Mark turned up - narrowly avoiding an awkward confrontation.
He and Olly looked to have had a fun night as they shared pictures of themselves doing shots and posing with restaurant owner Dylan Hunt.
Meanwhile, her pal Lauren Pope came to Lauren's defence and exclusively told The Sun Online that Mark needs to "get over" himself.
