In June 2019, the couple called it quits after four years together.
The actor, 44, and supermodel, 33, are now amicably working out how to share custody of their two-year-old daughter Lea De Seine, an insider told .
The news came just two days after Sun Online exclusively revealed that Irina had moved out of the LA mansion she shared with ex-fiance Bradley.
A source told us: "Things are cooling off between Bradley and Irina in a big way.
"They haven’t been good for a few months and Irina decided it would be best if she moved into her own place.
"It’s not looking like there’s much long left for the two of them together."
Despite US reports of their relationship "hanging on by a thread," there is yet to be an official explanation for the split.
Though a source told People that their relationship was never the same after A Star Is Born.
They said: “Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born.
“They tried to save the relationship but it had changed.”
But that hasn't stopped speculation being rife ever since Bradley's steamy Oscars performance with his A Star Is Born co-star, Lady Gaga, caused shockwaves back in February.
Though both have denied that they were in a secret relationship.

A source claimed to : "Bradley’s relationship with baby mama Irina began to really fall apart when he started filming with Gaga and she accused him numerous times of cheating on her with his co-star.
"Ever since then, Irina has not been able to trust Bradley at all."
Irina was said to have been uncomfortable with their close bond after he "started spending time with Gaga at odd hours."
However an insider told The Sun Online that Bradley would find it too disrespectful to his ex to be anymore than friends with Gaga.
They said: “There’s no way Gaga and Bradley will get together.
“Not now – they’re really good friends and still speak all the time, but it’s not his style to jump into another relationship straight away.
"Especially after all the rumours about them during A Star Is Born. He wouldn’t do that.”

The two sang the song Shallow from the Oscar-nominated movie during the Academy Awards ceremony.
Bradley sat beside Lady Gaga as she played the piano and they put on a steamy display of emotions with plenty of eye contact and close contact.
Some fans went on social media to point out that the A Star Is Born stars looked like they were about to kiss at some points.

Just days after Bradley and Irina's split, the singer was performing in Las Vegas when she lost her temper with the taunts, amid speculation that she played a part in her A Star Is Born co-star's break-up.
Before performing the film's track Shallow, she told the crowd: “And one more thing, be kind or f**k off.”
Despite stirring controversy after their steamy performance of the hit song at the Oscars in February, Gaga has always insisted she is just good friends with Bradley.
Referring to their sensual Oscars performance, she said: “Yes, people saw love.
