TONIGHT’S episode of Love Island will be the most explosive yet as a furious row breaks out and battle lines are drawn.
With Marcel Somervile and Gabby Allen on the rocks, Olivia Attwood having another teary meltdown and Jonny Mitchell rolling up his sleeves for a fight – it’s one hour of TV gold not to be missed.
Three weeks into the show and tensions are starting to run high – and newcomer Theo Campbell isn’t helping matters.
In tonight’s show, Theo makes a play for Montana Brown and Tyla Carr – with both girls appearing to fall for his charms.
After telling Montana he’d choose her at the next re-coupling, she admits she’d be prepared to cool her relationship with Alex Beattie, telling Theo: “I think it’s always good for relationships to have tests.”
With his meddling in motion, Theo sets his sights on Tyla and tells her he’s also considering coupling up with her.
Feeling smug about his actions, all seems to be going to plan for Theo until Jonny finds out about his conversation with Tyla.
While Alex tells Theo he’s being “sly”, fake millionaire Jonny loses his rag and an almighty row breaks out that rocks the villa to its core.
The boys are likely to divide off into camps, making their fight to win the affections of their chosen girls even more cutthroat.
Life isn’t looking too rosy for Marcel either, after his relationship problems with Gabby continue to rear their ugly heads.
After she snubbed his declaration of love twice, Marcel hits the roof when she confronts him about pictures she’s seen of him putting his hand on a girl’s leg at Casa Amor.
Showing Marcel the snap, he tells her: “It’s a picture. What are you doing to yourself? Are you going to start digging me out on everything now?”
As Gabby storms out, Marcel pours out his heart in the beach hut and admits he’s struggling to show her how much he cares.
Marcel says: “I’m slightly annoyed by this whole situation that is going on today.
MORE FROM THE VILLA
“Gabs is lovely, she’s so cool but I don’t know why the last few days she’s been a bit different. She’s not been chilled and relaxed.
“She’s been a bit uptight about everything and I don’t know why she feels like that because everyone in this whole villa knows that I’m the most loyal person in here I never want to do anything to hurt her.”
Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood also appear to be suffering from lovers fatigue, as the pair have it out following a row.
Olivia tells him: “You don’t get me and you never will get me and I’m trying to force something that is not there.
We’re trying to make something work that really in real life wouldn’t work. You don’t understand me the way I am, you just don’t understand me and I feel like I have to filter parts of my personality to suit you.
“I tread on egg shells all the time around you and things about me annoy you. I let you do your thing and you’re loud and you don’t understand me and you won’t understand me and it’s not your fault…”
After talking to Kem Cetinay about his feelings, Chris confronts Olivia and gets teary when he admits he’s falling in love with her.
But it could all be too little, too late as Olivia doesn’t seem keen on trying again.
She tells him: “I feel like I’m difficult to love or like, so that’s why if I feel like I’m irritating you.
“I’d rather step aside because I don’t want to get hurt. I don’t want to get feelings for someone more than I already have who I annoy the hell out of.”
There is a small glimmer of happiness in tonight’s show however, as Kem continues to woo Amber Davies after the couple’s reconciliation earlier this week.
It seems romping on the sofa has sparked Kem’s passionate side and he works with the other islanders to create a huge surprise for his lover.
But when he asks that question, what will Amber’s answer be?
Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
