The eighth and final episode of Nadiya's British Food Adventure is titled Wales and airs tonight (Sept 4) on BBC Two at 8.30pm.
Each episode follows Nadiya to different spots in the UK as she investigates the traditional dishes of our country, and how some have been given modern twists by inventive chefs.
After delving into the history of the dishes, she will recreate them back in her own kitchen and show viewers how to do it.
All areas of the UK are being covered, from Dorset to the Scottish Highlands.
Nadiya's said of the show: “Our country’s regional cuisine is much more than tried and tested traditional dishes - there are quirky and clever food producers out there who are reinventing British food in unique and exciting ways.
"I can't wait to meet these local food heroes, to find inspiration in the most unusual food stories and unlikely ingredients and then come up with some brand new recipes in the kitchen adding my own special twist."
