Showing off her incredible figure, the mum-of-two danced and sung in a variety of outfits in the prerecorded concert which will air later this week.

Joined by a number of half-dressed male dancers, J Lo wowed as she slipped into a green leotard with leaf print – a nod to the very famous Versace dress she once wore to the Oscars.

She later changed into a skimpy white number – but again it was her pert behind that stole the show.

During the show the singer performed her new single Ni Tú Ni Yo –  her latest love song.

Speaking to Extra prior to the show about the song, she revealed: “The song is really about when love takes you by surprise — 'Ni Tú Ni Yo,' 'Not You, Not Me' really expected this to happen, you know?

“That's what it's about, it's one of those things that when love comes, it just comes, it doesn't announce itself, and then it just takes over — ha! — you know what I mean?

"That's what the song is about, which is why I love it so much.”

When asked if it was maybe about her new love Alex Rodriguez, she replied: “It's funny. It kind of is, which music always is, in a way."

And she also revealed just how excited she was to be playing the Fourth of July special.

“It’s so much fun!... I grew up watching the show and every Fourth of July we watched it, so it's nice to, you know, it's kind of surreal. It's always surreal when you do these things,” she said.
