Who is Olivia Cooke and where is she from?
Olivia Cooke, 24, is a British actress born on 27 December 1993 in Oldham, England.
She was raised in Oldham by her mother, Lindsy, after she divorced her father John, a retired police officer, and attended Royton and Crompton Secondary School and studied drama at Oldham Sixth Form College.
She began acting from the age of eight, landing roles in West Side Story and Cinderella during her teens - but was rejected from RADA despite making it to final round auditions.
One of Olivia's early claims to fame was a role in the music video of One Direction's 2012 hit Autumn Term - in which she got a piggyback from Harry Styles.
What TV shows and films has she starred in?
In June 2017, Olivia landed the role of Becky Sharp in a new adaption of the William Thackeray classic Vanity Fair.
The period drama was created by ITV and Amazon and consists of seven episodes.
Olivia recently played a character named Emma Decody in the American horror TV series Bates Motel.
While film roles have included the 2014 horror Ouija and the upcoming 2018 Steven Spielberg directed Ready Player One.
Ready Player One also stars Tye Sheridan, Ben Mendelsohn, T.J. Miller, Simon Pegg, and Mark Rylance.
