David and Victoria Beckham’s first Glastonbury upstaged by backstage row — as she was furious at him for leaving her alone
DAVID and Victoria Beckham’s first Glastonbury was marred by a big row between the couple backstage.
The Sun can reveal the pair fell out at 7.30pm, just five hours after Victoria arrived at the famous festival by helicopter.
Son Brooklyn stepped in to be peacekeeper, telling him “don’t worry dad, I’ll get you a drink”, before fetching a double gin and tonic.
A shocked onlooker revealed: “Victoria wasn’t happy about being left alone in the VIP area. She was hanging around on her own for ages with minder types.
“Then David came back and Victoria had a go at him and they were separated for a period.
“It was really awkward. Brooklyn came over to try and keep the peace.
“He said to David: ‘Don’t worry dad I’ll get you a drink.’ He then ordered him a double gin and tonic.”
The ex-England footballer, 42, may have been tired after staying out partying with Brooklyn until 5am with Rita Ora and Cara Delevingne.
The couple then watched Ed Sheeran together as one of his special guests by the side of the stage.
Our Glasto source added: “Dynamo the magician entertained them for a bit before they went to watch Ed together.
“They looked quite tired and miserable but did manage to pose together for the cameras on their social media pages.”
A source close to the couple said: “It was over in seconds and they partied the night away together with Ed Sheeran and his family back stage. It was a great night.”
The Beckhams’ fallout came just one day after our Bizarre column revealed David lost his cool and had an epic outburst at a fan who tried to take a picture of him in a VIP bar on Worthy Farm.
He hurled abuse at the starstruck festival-goer when he spotted them snapping him from across the backstage Park Bar on Friday, barging over to them shouting: “Don’t you dare!”
