On today's Lorraine show Jaye revealed her upcoming plot and quizzed: "did she marry the man she left with?

"She's coming back to do a good turn but as you know it's probably not.

"There's probably a lot more to it."

Jaye, 35, admitted on the Lorraine show she hadn't watched the BBC soap since her departure

Talking of her character's interaction with Adrian 'Fletch' Fletcher (Alex Walkinshaw) she told show host Lorraine Kelly: "Those two, I think there's a few fireworks."

Jaye, who starred in BBC show Waterloo Road during her break from Holby, then admitted she hadn't been able to tune in for fear of missing out.

Lorraine asked: "Did you watch during your time off?" to which she quipped: "I didn't. It is like a party you were not invited to."

She then added she hoped her return would be a lengthy one after having been given a year-long contract at least.
