DECLAN Donnelly looks lost in thought as he goes on a break with wife Ali Astall, a week after we revealed co-star Ant McPartlin was going to rehab.

The Britain’s Got Talent host, 41, who was holidaying in Italy last week, was spotted in London in a checked shirt piling his suitcases into a people-carrier before a second trip.

A source said: “Dec is of course very worried about Ant and so he can’t let loose and enjoy his holidays as much as normal.”
