Lisa sent in a video to the Channel 5 show to help Rylan Clark-Neal celebrate his 300th episode and didn’t seem to care about people seeing her during her recovery.

She waved at the camera and wished Rylan well before saying goodbye to viewers.

The caption under Lisa’s video read: “Lisa Appleton…after a bit of surgery (really).”

Before she went under the knife, Lisa told The Sun Online she was worried about ageing and wanted to take action before nature took its course.
The 48-year-old said: “I’m having plastic surgery for myself and nobody else.

“I’m nearly 50, which is no age at all, but I want to keep hold of what I’ve got.

“Some people don’t mind growing old gracefully, but I still feel young inside and I don’t want to end up looking like an old, shrivelled testicle.

“That’s why I’m having the work done now before the ageing process kicks in.”

Lisa added that her surgeon Dr Ian Morgan was slightly taken aback by her nip tuck wishlist, but she's definitely got a vision of how she wants look during the prime of her life.

She explained: “I’m excited and nervous and I probably won’t sleep the night before, but my surgeon is amazing, so I know I’m in good hands.

We had a good chat and I told him how I feel.

“He asked me what I wasn't happy with and what I’d like to change — it’s a long list.

“The doc says I’m psychology strong and ready for surgery, so I’m all set.

“After the surgery I’ll have to wear bandages for a few weeks — I’ll be like a walking mummy, but I’ll look 21.

“I’m already planning to celebrate my second 21st birthday. I celebrated it nearly 30 years ago and now I can celebrate it again.”
