Towie’s James ‘Arg’ Argent shows off his slimmed down physique after losing over two stone as he hits the beach in Marbella
JAMES Argent proudly showed off his new slimmed down beach bod after he lost over 2 stone.
The Towie favourite was seen soaking up the sun in Marbella after he flew over to see pal Elliot Wright and his fiancé Sadie.
Wearing a pair of black swimming trunks, the 29-year-old looked happy and relaxed as he splashed around in the surf.
Earlier this year, Lydia Bright’s ex went to Thailand to battle his personal demons - and a side effect of his treatment included becoming physically and mentally much stronger than ever before.
The reality TV star decided to give himself a lifestyle makeover after struggling with his yo-yo weight, booze and reportedly drugs in the past.
He lost over a stone while in Thailand and is believed to have lost another one since returning to the UK.
The Sun exclusively revealed that the telly star had cut off all contact with his Towie pals and unfollowed his ex Lydia Bright and his co-stars on Instagram after checking into rehab.
An insider explained: “Arg is back on the straight and narrow and has everything going for him. It’s great to see him so happy again.”
While Arg's Towie return is still up in the air, he will be appearing in the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
The former Towie star was paired with a stunning brunette on the E4 show but, as The Sun Online revealed, he will later fall head over heels for gorgeous student Cadah Draper on the show.

Stars including Calum Best, Made In Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo and Arg’s Towie co-star Bobby Norris have also signed up for Celebs Go Dating, which sees them matched with potential suitors.
While James will go on many dates during the course of the show, his heart has already been taken by student Cadah who he met on the show.
James was so taken with the 20-year-old, he took her to the Capital FM Summertime Ball after meeting on the show and friends told The Sun Online he’s smitten.
