Love Island’s Olivia ‘freaks out’ after Chris accidentally says ‘I love you’ in VERY awkward moment
OLIVIA Attwood is left feeling awkward when Chris Hughes declares his "love" for her in tonight's episode.
The Love Island hunk recently beat eliminated contestant Mike Thalassitis to Liv's affections after the trio became embroiled in a fierce love triangle.
And with his main rival out of the picture and the girl he fancies free for him to pursue once again, Chris wasted no time in upping the ante.
In scenes to be aired this evening, the pair discuss the next recoupling.
Olivia asks: “Who do you want to be coupled up with?”
Chris simply replies, "you."
“Even though I’m a bit of an a***h***,” she fires back.
Unaffected, Chris says: “I love you for it.”

However, his kind words appear to be taken the wrong way, and Olivia tells him to "stop", only for Chris to quickly respond: "Not like that."
Back in the beach hut, Olivia opens up about her feelings for Chris and how his use of the word "love" made her feel uncomfortable.
She explained: “It just freaks me out a bit. I’m not saying he’s in love with me, I know it’s a turn of phrase but every time he says it, we’re both like ‘this is weird, let’s move on.'"
The beauty was more complimentary about her man to housemate Gabby though.
She gushed: “He was so sweet to me last night as well. How he’s handled the last couple of days. That old Chris and the Chris that we’ve seen the last few days that has literally shown me so much about his character.
"He’s so good looking, he’s so funny, he’s not going to struggle to meet a girl in this villa. He could so easily have said to me last night ‘do you know what Liv, you’ve made your bed go and lie in it.”
And she continued the praise back in the beach hut: “He’s like a Labrador puppy. So much love to give, so excited. Keeps running into furniture, that’s just pretty much him.”
But will Chris's keen ways put her off or will she give in to his cheeky charm?
