LORRAINE Kelly is coming to the rescue of three celebrities all on the hunt for a healthier lifestyle and body confidence.

When is Lorraine's Cruise Control on TV?
Lorraine's Cruise Control is airing daily at 8.30am on ITV for one week only, from Monday 26 June.
Lorraine fans will follow the celebrities' journey and get their own trips throughout the week on how to transform their own health and to tone up ahead of summer.
The celebrities will board a P&O cruise, calling at destinations including Ravenna, Italy, Croatia, Valetta, Dubrovnik and Malta.
What is Lorraine's Cruise Control and who is taking part?
Lorraine's Cruise Control follows X Factor winner Sam Bailey, comedian Helen Lederer and Gogglebox star Sandi Bogle as they travel across Europe on a health and fitness cruise.
Daytime TV regular Jeff Brazier hosts the show and is helping to guide the celebrities along their way to body confidence.
The show also features Lorraine's fashion expert Mark Heyes suggesting fashion for the celebs, and Dr Hilary to keep their health in check during the jaunt.
Sam Bailey
Sam Bailey rose to fame after winning The X Factor in 2013. She's since released two albums and performed in a string of West End shows.
Speaking of joining Lorraine's Cruise Control, Sam said: "I want to be a role model for my kids, I hate eating broccoli, but have had to learn to love it, so they see me eating it.
"I also want to lose a dress size - I can't currently see my toes - and want to life on the beach without people mistaking me for a whale!"
Sandi Bogle
Gogglebox star Sandi Bogle is known for dishing out her hilarious opinions on the award-winning Channel 4 show.
Speaking of taking part in Lorraine's Cruise Control, Sandi opened up: "I've got a big extended family. I want to set a good example for them and the next generation.
"The healthier I am now the better habits they'll learn from me, and the longer I will be around to see them grow up. That's really important to me."
Helen Lederer
Comedian Helen Lederer is best known for roles in Absolutely Fabulous, Horrid Henry and Casualty.
Speaking on her stint in Lorraine's Cruise Control, Helen said: "I don't like looking at photographs of myself. Ever! I want to feel confident in myself, and being healthy is part of that."
