But just who is Kevin Sampaio and how did he meet Madonna? Here is what we've found out so far...
Who is Kevin Sampaio?
Kevin is a 31-year-old international model.
He was born in France, but moved to Portugal at age five, where he currently lives.
Kevin has a twin brother called Jonathan and both are big names in the fashion world.
At one point, they became the most requested twins in the industry.
The two have been seen on a getaway in Lisbon as they continue to get to know each other.
How did Kevin Sampaio meet Madonna?
Kevin met the superstar that is Madonna when he appeared in one of her music videos.
The hunky model was in B**** I'm Madonna.
The pair even shared a steamy kiss as she moved through a colourful doorway in a nightclub during the video.
But blink and you'll miss him - the video also stars 13 celebrity cameos including Beyonce, Rita Ora, Chris Rock, Miley Cyrus and Diplo.
Madonna has had several romances over the years.
Most famously she was married to British filmmaker Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008.
Previously, she was rumoured to be dating back-up dancer Timor Stevens - they went public in 2014.
