SIMON Cowell has brought together a host of musical stars to record a charity single following the horrific Grenfell Tower fire.

Who performs on the Grenfell charity single?
Having trawled through his contacts book, music mogul Simon Cowell has gathered together a group of famous faces, formed Artists For Grenfell and recorded a charity single.
Robbie Williams performs on the track, along with former One Direction stars Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson, Jessie J, Leona Lewis and Paloma Faith.
Simon also drafted in Stormzy and rap trio WSTRN, while legend Roger Daltrey offered up his famous vocals too.

What is the Artists For Grenfell song?
Simon Cowell chose Bridge Over Troubled Water, the Simon & Garfunkel track which was first released in 1970.
In this version, a different artist takes each line of the song and new raps have been added.
A 300-strong choir made up of local people also features on the single, led by Pitch Battle's Gareth Malone.
The song took three days to record and when asked how it sounded, Simon later said: "Honestly...unbelievable. I mean chills. It sounds beautiful."

Where can I download Bridge Over Troubled Water?
The single was released on Wednesday morning (June 21) and it is available to buy on now.
On June 23 it made No.1 in the official UK Singles Chart.
All the money raised will go straight to The London Community Foundation to help all those affected by the Grenfill fire, which took place on June 14.
Fans can also donate directly to the Artists For Grenfell website .
Simon Cowell has also made a sizeable donation to the relief effort.
