HOLLY Willoughby stripped off to enjoy the sun today, telling her fans the heatwave called for “short shorts”.

The This Morning presenter’s fans complimented Holly on her shapely legs as she continues to show off her recent weight loss.

Holly has always refused to comment on her healthy eating or fitness secrets for fear of sparking 'eating disorders' amongst her fans.

Last year she explained: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.

“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

And busy mum Holly isn't Lynne's only fan.
