The newcomer ruffled feathers as he took Olivia from Chris Hughes after several days of tension in the villa.
In reaction to the decision by “muggy Mike”, Chris chose to couple up with Chloe Crowhurst and made it clear it was only on a “friendship” level.
Mike’s feeling for Olivia had been clear earlier in the episode when the semi-professional footballer snogged the Monster racing grid girl.
Chris’ extreme arrogance about how everyone fancies him crumbled as he watched on in anger.
From the moment that Mike walked in to the villa, the girls have been eager to bed him.
Olivia’s head was turned immediately, despite spending time with Chris in the run-up to his arrival.
The pretty blonde was then selected to go on a date with him, where it became clear that he was also interested in her.
Despite the pair of them trying to keep their feelings for each other on the down low, things surfaced during a game of truth or dare.
The singletons ended up daring Mike to kiss Olivia and he happily obliged.
But pair almost appeared like they might not couple up later in the episode.
Mike got called out for saying he didn’t think he would pick Olivia following a conversation with Chloe Crowhurst.
His decision to couple up with Olivia meant Chris was forced to chose pal Chloe as his other half for the next week.
