ALESHA Dixon displayed her sculpted six pack as she enjoyed a night out in Italy with her boyfriend Azuka Ononye.

The Britain's Got Talent judge, 38, looked fighting fit in a tiny black crop top which showed off her taut midriff and defined arms.

The couple attended the Welcome Dinner before the Global Gift Gala Costa Smeralda Invitational golf tournament at Pevero Golf Club in Olbia.

Sartorially in sync for the occasion, Azuka's short sleeve monochrome shirt matched Alesha's stripy trousers.

They both wore cool tinted shades and posed side by side with smiles on their faces and drinks in hand at the scenic club.

She said: "I prefer to focus on who I am as a person and what I stand for. We all want to look good but I find it more rewarding to work on feeling good and going a bit deeper beneath the surface.

"I exercise to stay strong, healthy and stage-ready. I never prepare for a red carpet - I just go with the flow.

"I do enjoy the dressing up. I like to have fun with fashion and while the cameras can be a bit intense, I love the final result... I tend to treat the whole process with a pinch of salt!"

The star was also honest about the ageing process during an interview with The Sun's Fabulous magazine.

She explained: "I’ve never felt better. The first year after having a baby, it takes a long time to feel yourself again. You accept it as it’s part of giving birth, but I’ve got my body to a place where I actually prefer it now. Another reason is that everything I’ve been through in my life that has been challenging happened as a child and through my 20s. Now in my 30s, I’m with the love of my life and have a beautiful daughter. I’m at a point where all the stresses have gone, I’ve learnt how to relax and be more in the moment. Ageing has proved to be really good because my life only seems to get better!"
