David and Victoria Beckham fork out £30-an-hour on ‘dog jogger’ to keep their pet cocker spaniel Olive fit

DAVID and Victoria Beckham have hired a £30-an-hour trainer to get their cocker spaniel Olive fit.

Celebrity dog jogger Barry Karacostas joins the mutt on 18-mile park runs, letting her off the lead but keeping her in sight.

Olive is also set interval training of sprints and stair climbs.

She must stick to a diet of vegetables, raw meat and bone.

A source said: “David and Victoria take health very seriously and this extends to their pets. Barry makes sure pets are fit and strong to live long lives.”

Olive is one of the most famous dogs in the world, with over 70,000 Instagram followers.

The Beckhams also own bulldogs Coco and Scarlet, plus shar-pei Barnaby.

Barry trains film director Guy Ritchie’s cocker spaniel Coco, who was bought the same time pal Becks bought Olive.

He said of his workout: “It’s all about engaging the dogs with their natural instincts.”
