Good Morning Britain fans in hysterics at ‘comedy duo’ Piers Morgan and Bradley Walsh after comedian makes a VERY cheeky dig about his weight

HILARIOUS Bradley Walsh had Good Morning Britain fans in stitches as he took a cheeky swipe at Piers Morgan's weight on today's show.

The pair were likened to Geordie funnymen Ant and Dec by viewers left delighted by the early morning banter between the long-time pals.

Appearing on the ITV programme, Bradley picked up on a segment from yesterday's action which saw Piers' shirt button pop off during the live broadcast.

He blamed the wardrobe malfunction on too much jerk chicken while co-host Susanna Reid quipped his "double chin" was to blame in a remark off-camera.

Today London Palladium host Bradley told Piers: "Talking of people who should be nil by mouth!" before the pair burst into hysterical laughter.

He added: "That's why I've worn a collar and tie today!

"You know where the buttons usually go, it's usually here," as he pointed to his belly.

He rounded off by remarking: "No one saw it, don't worry about that."

As they rolled around the sofa in laughter, co-presenter Susanna Reid opened her mouth in mock shock.

Yesterday, she was forced to deny she had bodyshamed Piers.

After playing a clip of the fashion disaster, Piers revealed off-air that Susanna had told him: "That will be all the chins.";

With a mock expression of pain on his face he said: "Little bit of bodyshaming.

"You did say that, it's fat shaming."

She replied: "You always refer to your chins - I never notice!"

She continued: "I'm so sorry.

"I'm not fat shaming you."

Singer Bradley - who has sold more albums than ex One Direction hunk Zayn Malik this year - went on to compare Susanna and Piers to a married couple.

The comment will have no doubt been music to the ears of Piers, 52, who was left truly chuffed this morning when the GMB voiceover was changed to announce Susanna as his wife.

Singer Bradley then praised the pair as a 'credit' to their profession for their reporting in the aftermath of the London terror attacks

Show fans quickly picked up on their on-screen spark, with one commenting on Twitter: "@BradleyWalsh 😂😂😂@piersmorgan should be nil by mouth," and another following up with: "@BradleyWalsh @GMB @piersmorgan @susannareid100 here here👍💙👏👏."

Another posted: "You and Bradly ( cramp twins )," while a fourth added: "@piersmorgan new show with Bradley Walsh u 2 had me in fits of laughter on @GMB 😂😂👍😊."

One tickled viewer wrote: "Brilliant.!!!!! Brad and are brill together... like ant and dec... loved it," and another rounded off with: "@GMB @piersmorgan @susannareid100 @BradleyWalsh, thankyou guys for today's show I have never laughed so much 😂😂"

Yet Londoner Bradley then got serious as he praised Susanna and Piers for their accurate yet heartfelt coverage in the aftermath of the London terror attacks earlier this month.

He told the pair: "How you get up in the morning and deliver bad news, how you've done it and how hard it is is a credit to you."

Susanna thanked The Chase host and admitted: "It does affect us personally."
