Episode four of How To Stay Well airs tonight (Jul 3) at 8.30pm on Channel 4 and lasts half an hour.
The programme sees three doctors explore extreme, and sometimes commonly-held, beliefs about how certain things can effect your health.
The team are very hands-on in their approach to investigating these health myths and they carry out elaborate experiments too.
What can we expect from tonight's episode of How To Stay Well?
Tonight Phil Kieran investigates whether or not out-of-date make-up can leave you unwell as Javid Abdelmoneim goes to the Cairngorm mountains to discover whether or not you can catch a chill from being cold.
Meanwhile, Helen Lawal tries to discover why so many people struggle to sleep in a strange bed.
Who presents How To Stay Well?
GP Helen Lawal, Dr Javid Abdelmoneim and GP Phil Kieran are the three experts presenting the show.
Phil is Irish and has already presented RTE's You Should Really See A Doctor, while Helen is a lifestyle blogger and former athlete who specialises in sexual health.
Javid has worked in Sudan and Iraq as well as helping with the Ebola crisis.
Each one of these three will tackle a different medical issue in each episode.
