Who is Tyne-Lexy Clarson? Love Island 2017 lass second to be evicted from the villa

IT'S perhaps the most outrageous reality TV show on our screens – and Love Island's scandalous antics show no sign of slowing down this summer.

At the end of the first week of flirting and frolicking, new girl Tyne-Lexy Clarson entered the villa - but she left still single after she didn't get picked during the second recoupling.

Who is Tyne-Lexy Clarson, how old is she and what does she do?

Tyne-Lexy Clarson, 20, is a university student from Birmingham who's not lacking confidence – and she believes this, along with her sense of humour, will mark her out.

The talkative beauty will fit right in with the rest of the chatterboxes in the villa, and describes herself as "ditzy, very optimistic and a huge flirt and a tease."

Entering the house late meant she could line up prospective hunks before joining the rest of the singletons – and she revealed Dominic Lever and Chris Hughes caught her eye.

And hopefully, the Brummie belle will have more luck attracting grand romantic gestures than she did prior to her appearance on the show.

Tyne-Lexy revealed that she was once taken for an idyllic oyster dinner by a lover on a ski trip to Val d'Isere.

However, she explained how her excitement turned to horror: "For the whole week I had sickness and diarrhea, so it started nicely but ended horribly."

This isn't her first time on the telly, but it's probably unlikely you remember her brief stint as an extra on Shameless when she was 14.

What was Tyne-Lexy looking for in the Love Island villa?

Tyne-Lexy is not messing around when it comes to bagging a bloke, and will happily put aside any loyalties to the other ladies if it means securing a man.

She explains: "At the end of the day you only get one opportunity at this.

"I have no loyalites, I don't know them and they don't know me."

And the new girl is similarly uncompromising when it comes to prospective lovers, and will be immediately turned off by an arrogant lad with no manners.

"I want someone to see past the looks and wants to get to know the real you," she says.

"And they can't be allergic to cats because I have three cats."

What happened to Tyne-Lexy in the villa?

Tyne-Lexy, who hadn't ruled out having sex in the villa, set her sights on ladies' man Chris Hughes.

She even said they'd have "beautiful babies together",although Chris seemed more concerned about getting it on with Olivia Attwood.

Tyne-Lexy enjoyed the first date with new boy Mike, but he didn't pick her in the second recoupling and she left the villa still single.

Meanwhile Tyne-Lexy's mother has revealed there is a secret house located on the Love Island site that no one knows about yet.

What is Love Island and when is it on?

Love Island sends a host of singletons looking for a good time over to a luxurious villa for a summer of passion.

Known for its hot and heavy sex scenes, the contestants are encouraged to pair up and convince the public they have found love.

In a twist at the end of the series, the winning couple are asked to either split the cash, or take the entire £50,000 pot home for themselves.

Talk about putting your love to the test!

Love Island is on our screens nightly (apart from Saturdays) at 9pm on ITV2.
