Holly Willoughby’s amazing weight loss secret finally revealed after TV star wows with new figure
This Morning fans have praised Holly's amazing new figure this week
THE secret behind Holly Willoughby's incredible weight loss has finally been revealed.
Over the past few weeks, the mum-of-three has become a talking point among This Morning fans, who've been desperate to know how Holly achieved her new svelte figure.
Now, The Sun Online can now reveal how size 12 Holly embarked on Pilates which has assisted her toned physique.
Following the birth of her daughter Belle, in 2011, Holly has worked on strengthening her core and sculpting a six pack in weekly Pilates sessions at her plush home, led by Lynne Robinson, director of London-based
The fitness guru, who has also helped shape the post-pregnancy body of Paloma Faith, said: "'I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.
"Holly had postnatal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.''
Explaining 36-year-old Holly's enviably toned abs, she added: "The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach."
Exercises used by Lynne include assisted curl ups with the help of a pillow and large towel, a movement which focuses on alignment, lengthening the spine and connecting the deep abdominal muscles.
Fitness author Lynne revealed she also encouraged her celebrity clients to complete arm raise movements holding a towel high in the air, as well as a "rec check" to make sure she was pulling her core muscles in tightly.
Holly has always refused to comment on her healthy eating or fitness secrets for fear of sparking 'eating disorders' amongst her fans.
Last year she explained: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.
“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.
“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
And busy mum Holly isn't Lynne's only fan.
Popstar Paloma Faith has also Tweeted her appreciation for the post pregnancy classes after giving birth in December and wrote: "Thank you so much to @bodycontrol for helping me knit those abs back together!xxx"
