“ I would have loved to be there but It was my son's first day at Camp Kudzu, one of the few summer camps for kids living with diabetes,” he explained.

“This was an important day for him and for myself as a proud father. Stay strong UK,” he added.

Cinco was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2014, and Usher has explained how proud he has been of his son’s bravery in the past.

“A child that every day has to prick himself and has to be cautious of what he eats and also to carry this disorder around — that really is the type of bravery that we all aspire to have,” he told People magazine in 2015.

Meanwhile, Ariana raised millions of pounds to benefit the victims of the Manchester Arena terrorist attack on May 22 which left 22 dead and many others injured.

The pop star organized a star studded concert – with performances by Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, Justin Bieber and more – with proceeds going towards those affected by the tragedy.
