JUDGE Rinder has insisted his popular daytime TV show is all real.
The TV host appeared on This Morning today to talk about his court-style series - and he declared he only deals with "authentic" cases.
Judge Rinder sat on the famous sofa today for a chat with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, and talk turned to his reality TV show.
Holly and Phil asked him about claims many of his scathing put-down lines are pre-prepared and rehearsed .
Judge Rinder then gave them a passionate speech about how the show is all "real".
"I'm not pretending when I'm in that court room. And I really mean it.
"When I shut the door there' no part of me that cares one jot whether or not this will be funny for telly.
"I don't care about that. These are authentic cases."

It comes after a report emerged last month from a former participant on the show who called the show a "farce" and claimed he was told what to say by a producer.
Andy McEwan told the : "She [the producer] said get the money out of your back pocket and tell the judge: 'This is my money for my son'.
"So I did that..."
He also alleged the £3,500 he was ordered to pay his ex-wife was actually covered by show bosses.
