JUSTIN Bieber wept tonight as he told the victims of the Manchester bombing, ‘We love you.’
The pop star, 23, performed a stripped back set at Ariana Grande’s One Love concert and as he finished shared a defiant and loving message to the audience and those who died.

“God is good in the midst of the evil.
“God is in the midst, no matter what is happening in the world, God is in the midst and he loves you and he is here for you.”
As the crowd cheered in support of his message, Justin began to weep as he spoke about the 22 children and adults who lost their lives.
Fighting the tears as he spoke, he continued: “I just wanna take this time to honour those that were lost or were taken, were love you so much, to the families we love you so much.
