Amy Childs reveals she’s struggled to breastfeed baby Polly and admits fears her implants could ‘stop her completely’
AMY Childs has revealed she's struggling to breastfeed her new baby Polly.
The ex-TOWIE star also shared fears that her breast implants could be affecting her nursing ability in her latest New! magazine column.
She wrote: "I really struggled with breastfeeding last week - she just wouldn't latch on at all. She was on my boob for 90 minutes the other day and screaming as she couldn't get anything."
And Amy revealed she had received conflicting advice on how safe and successful it is to breastfeed with implants.
She revealed: "My midwife said she wouldn't recommend someone with implants feeding as you don't know what the baby is getting - she said the implant could leak.
"But I had a consultation early in my pregnancy and they said it was fine. I do feel like I get told different things from different people, so I just have to go with what I think is right for Polly."
The star had her first breast surgery at aged 18 and three years later had another procedure which increased her size to a 30EE.
The ex-TOWIE star welcomed her first child last month with boyfriend Bradley Wright after what she described as a "horrific labour."
She told OK magazine "Labour was terrifying. I thought I was going to die; I'm not going to lie to you, it was horrific.
"I just had no idea it would be so painful."
