Love Island’s Nathan Massey enjoys a boozy boys night out… days after interview emerged of him admitting he’s ‘not ready’ to be a dad

NATHAN Massey was seen enjoying his single status as he stepped out for a boozy night out with pals over the weekend.

The Love Island star is currently expecting his first child with ex girlfriend and former co-star Cara De La Hoyde but he was seen treating himself to an outing with friends on Friday.

Nathan appeared to be in good spirits and was pictured having drinks with his male companions at Essex House.

He looked handsome on the night in indigo jeans, brown brogues and a white shirt.

It was recently revealed Nathan had admitted only last year that he was not ready to start a family.

In an interview which took place just days before he entered the Love Island house and met Cara, he called himself a “self-confessed party animal” and described his perfect partner as someone with blonde hair and blue eyes.

In an unearthed interview he told of the night he pulled a woman in her late 50s – boasting he “took one for the team”.

Nathan said: “I was in Bournemouth and there was this hen party and this woman wouldn’t leave us alone.

“I said I’d take one for the team, got a massive cheer and took her home for the best two minutes of her life.

“But in reality my perfect partner is someone blonde with blue eyes; slim, with a nice big bum. That’s my type.

“I would describe myself as a hysterical party animal. I’m definitely not ready for kids or anything like that – but I am looking for a girl to tame me.”

Nathan and Cara scooped £50,000 for winning the ITV2 show last year but sadly Cara revealed the pregnancy just weeks after splitting from Nathan.

They ended their romance in April after a string of "silly rows," as exclusively revealed by The Sun's Bizarre column.

Their split came after Cara moved out of their home and had started living with a friend.
