Loose Women’s Martine McCutcheon shows off her weight loss in a swimsuit after losing a stone on Cambridge Weight Plan
The star reveals her new figure in a black all-in-one
MARTINE McCutcheon has shown off the results of her one stone weight loss by sharing a holiday picture with fans.
Loose Women star Martine recently jetted off to warmer climes to celebrate her 41st birthday and she has been quick to share her new look with fans.
Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-one posted a shot of herself wearing a black all-in-one swimsuit.
Clearly now feeling comfortable in her skin, Martine told her followers: “Missing being on holiday already!! .”
During her family holiday, Martine also shared a picture of herself and her husband Jack McManus.
The couple look blissfully happy and, captioning it, she said: “Having the best time abroad with the hubby and family celebrating my birthday for the last week! .”
Martine recently signed up to the Cambridge Weight Plan and revealed last month that she had lost a stone.
The former EastEnders actress admitted the change in her life was because she wanted to be healthy for her hubby Jack and their two-year-old son Rafferty.
She told : “Having Rafferty really did put everything into perspective.
“All those things I’d worried about all my life — the career, the weight — all seemed trivial in comparison to this little person we had created.
“Once I’d got that perspective, the rest seemed to fall into place.”
Martine also revealed in a candid Instagram post that, along with suffering from ME, she had also been diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
She said: “My loss was a tiny bit slower than the average person but to be honest I expected that as many diets/food plans didn’t work for me at all, as the Lyme disease and m.e. can really play havoc with how your system works.
“My consultant Donna stressed that my health is the most important thing, so I took things a little more slowly whilst feeling more energised and even with my health issues I’ve still managed to do it!”
Martine added: “Only 5 and a half weeks and my BMI is in a much healthier range – and on my step of the plan I love that I can still have my green juices, porridge and real food.”
